Three Years

We are feeling your pain in New York as well, not just because Connecticut is our neighbor but because there is no pain like the pain of losing a child or a loved one.

Some one posted these pictures on facebook and I realized that we cannot take the safety of our children or our loved ones for granted.

Rest in Peace victims of Sandy Hook.

Munir this was a terrible event... no one should lose their child and definitely not in that way. I think very few people will ever forget these children and I hope we don't... xox

Such a sad event. It's another reason back ground checks for gun owners needs to be thorough.

Hi Munir - it was an horrific and cruel day for many. It's good you reminded us amongst all the other horrors going on.

Dear Munir,

You articulated so well the heart breaking tragedy. If only such awful events would end and the needless heartache ended.

In peace and hope,

Gary

Dear Munir, I felt cold in my bones when reading this, thinking about
what it takes to cherish and raise a child. I cannot
imagine a world where a child isn't safe.

I don't live more than 20 minutes from Sandy Hook. Your post is very touching. What a wonderful tribute to the children, teachers, and families who we need to remember and keep in our thoughts.
