A to Z challenge

A to Z and my mind:-

F is for Fish Ducky. A blogger friend of all. Caring and thoughtful. Fish Ducky you are an antioxidant, just like Fresh Fruits.

F is for Fresh.  It has been a long time since I was as confident as today. the reason being; last years blog entry for the letter "F" is Fresh in my memory. If not one hundred percent, at least ninety percent. For someone who is worried about memory loss, I think it is something to be happy about. I am not even going to go back and read it, I am just going to write it again, right from my memory. I hope that I am not going to get in trouble with any blogger rules of A to Z Challenge, as this one is my own challenge.

Fresh vegetables.
Fresh Fruits.
Fresh Fruits smoothies.
Fresh water.
Freshly baked bread.
"Gee, you look Fresh today."

I am not double checking it. I do not want to ruin it for myself.
Today my husband said that it happens to him too. When he tries too hard to remember something, he does not remember it. That is the reason he asks me things. What a laugh.

Oh, Fishducky, my friend! What a great tribute. She will be thrilled and you are so right about her. Does she know? I will email her right now. And you did fine with the Fresh stuff. And we all forget as we age. Not to speak of how we lose our keys and other important stuff.

Munir, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I've never thought of myself as an antioxident, but I like it! I have to admit I DO try to get the poison out of people's systems & mellow them out a bit.

Sometimes people will relate a story about something I said or did and I'm drawing a complete blank..that's when I get worried! Your post was very "re-freshing!"

My mom always had this saying when you couldn't remember something. "Oh well, you'll remember when you quit thinking about it." And she is right cause that's the way it seems to work.

Hi Munir .. FishDucky is a great friend to many .. and anything fresh is worth eating straightaway .. while noting things down when they're fresh in our minds is a useful addition to our life ..

Cheers - and enjoy the weekend - with no worries or regrets .. Hilary

Does Fishducky have a blog?

I've never had a fresh fruit smoothie. Always wanted to try one though :-)

To SARAH PEARSON--I don't have (or want) a blog of my own, but I write a guest post every Friday on Elisa's blog. It's at http://ecwrites.com
